Health and Wellbeing

We fully support the health, wellbeing and happiness for Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic (BAME) communities all over Leicester.  We are here to support people with physical and mental health needs (including frailty) and those who are isolated and vulernable.

Our aim to help people improve their mental and physical wellbeing, avoid loneliness and boost their confidence.  We help people control their own lives and get the support they need through any challenges they have.

We support people to stay connected, included and integrated with the community.  Our community promotes a strong ethos of respect, appreciation and of being valued.

We offer a range of health and well being activties including:

  • Theraputic actitives
  • Positive thoughts and affirmations games
  • Brain storming games
  • Self esteem building exercises
  • Coaching
  • Exercise for all
